Cretacolor Monolith Woodless Graphite Pencils

Cretacolor Monolith is a large, 7.5mm diameter, woodless, graphite, artists pencil, which is covered in a thin layer of plastic to prevent smudging and to protect the fingers from soiling. They lay down smooth and intense shades and are ideal for both portrait and landscape sketching. Broad strokes, subtle shading and fine line work are all possible.
