Product Condition

Please note that all stock is located in a functioning bricks and mortar art shop, all products available on this website are available to customers in the shop, as such may have marks or light damage associated with general handling and the shop environment. Any major marks or damage will be reported to you before shipping for your choice to accept them or not. If you have any questions please contact us before purchase and we will be happy to answer you.

 

How long will it take for my order be shipped?

 

Orders are generally shipped in 1 to 2 days. Any delays will be discussed with you.

 

Do you ship on public holidays?

 

No, as our shipping providers do not work on public holidays. This means we do not ship parcels on National or NSW public holidays

 

Is everything on your site in stock?

 

Any item that you can add to cart is actually in stock (except some W/C paper). We do however list some items that are special order in, like certain easels or larger paint tubes, to purchase these please contact us directly.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

Standard parcels are $12.95, larger bulky items will be more.

 

Orders over $199: 

All orders over $199 ship free across Australia (excludes some bulky items - a quote will be shown at checkout for these).

 

Orders under $199:

All orders under $199 will be shipped at our flat rate of $12.50 (this will exclude some bulky items)

 

 

Do I need to sign on receiving my order ?

Yes, all Parcels will require a signature.

 

Can you ship Express?

Not at this stage.

 

 How long will it take to get my order?

 

Delivery times depend on where you live, you will be provided with a tracking number.

 

Can I come and collect my order from your store?

No, not at this stage sorry.

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage it is Australia only.
